Marie  E.  Batson, O.D.

Dr. Marie E. Batson graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a degree in microbiology.  She graduated from the University of Missouri St. Louis School of Optometry in 1996. 

Upon graduation, Dr. Batson worked for eye practices in Mt. Vernon and Springfield, Missouri.  January of 2003, she joined Dr. Chism at Ozark Eye Clinic. She purchased the practice from him January of 2010. 

Dr. Batson and her husband, Dale, were married September of 2011.  She has three children, Olivia, Thomas, and Lucy.  They live in Ozark, Missouri.  
​The family enjoys golfing, camping, and boating together.  They are part of the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church family in Ozark, Missouri.
